FREE storytelling workshop

The Storytelling for Leaders workshop is part of Harvard Executive Education’s leadership development curriculum.  I run this workshop there every month. This short-course will teach you how to create and deliver a compelling story that motivates your team/clients. You'll learn the hard science behind why storytelling works and how to create and tell an effective story. You'll use a story from your personal life and relate it to an issue you're dealing with in your business. In the course, you'll refine your delivery through role-playing and live coaching. The session covers using storytelling to motivate teams, communicate vision, and turn data into compelling narratives. Participants will also receive feedback on voice, pacing, and presence, leaving with a polished story and an action plan to integrate storytelling into their leadership approach.
